At the heart of the Thamesview Family Health Team is a diverse group of healthcare professionals—including family physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, a dietitian, a pharmacist, social workers, a respiratory therapist, an occupational therapist, and our supportive nursing and reception staff. Thamesview Family Health Team provides primary health care, including chronic disease management and health promotion and prevention, to a rostered population of patients in the Chatham-Kent region.
